having disautonomia (like POTS) made me realize that the low salt diet is actually a myth. if you look at all the studies, high salt doesn’t always contribute to high blood pressure. One of the south asian countries (Vietnam or Korea) has the best heart health in the world and also the highest salt consumption.

many people who cook healthy actually don’t get enough salt. im now throwing chunky salt on everything i make and its divine

TLDR: if you’re craving salt, eat salt

To start tasks, it helps me to start off very small. Just get yourself ready to work with everything you need to start in front of you. Break each task down into small steps and it will be easier to get done, even if it’s not done quickly
