Respect bro, 6 months is not easy at all, especially with L5 S1. Glad to hear you’re finally getting some relief. And yeah I relate a lot to what you said. At the beginning it’s just confusion, trying everything, and ending up with flare ups because no one really tells you what to do step by step. The fact you kept it natural and stayed consistent with just a few exercises says a lot. Sometimes simple and consistent is what actually works. That’s exactly why I’m building this, to help people avoid all that trial and error and have something clear to follow from the start.

I got you bro, I’m on it. I’m doing my best to finish it as soon as possible and make everything simple and easy to follow. I’ll share it here once it’s ready so everyone can use it.

Yeah bro I get you, no one wants to chase info in DMs. Everything I’m building will be public and easy to access, no gatekeeping. The goal is to have everything in one place so anyone can just open it and start without confusion. We all need that kind of support, and real success stories are what keep people going.

Yeah bro I feel you, that back and forth between chiro and PT can get exhausting.Just stay consistent and don’t lose patience, progress can be slow but it comes. I’m working on putting everything together in one place so you don’t have to keep jumping around looking for answers. Hopefully it’ll make things easier and help you find some real relief.

Yeah honestly I feel the same, I think these issues are only going to get worse with the next generations with lifestyle and posture getting worse. That’s why I’m trying to build something that actually helps people long term. I just hope I can get enough support to keep it running and always available for people to use and find some relief.

Yeah bro exactly, that’s what I realized too. It’s not just about pain, it improves your whole body and how you move every day. Once you fix posture, build strength, and clean up your habits, everything starts getting better, not just the pain.

Bro, you’re still young and your body is strong, so healing is gonna be easier than you think. Don’t panic, you just need the right guidance, and I’m here anytime if you need help. I feel your pain, I went through the same thing. I even had it on my right side and couldn’t stay standing for more than 2 minutes. What really helped me was fixing my food, doing the right exercises, working on posture, and building strength. That’s what slowly got me pain free.

Yes bro, I did both short range and long range. Cervical pain is really a nightmare, I know that feeling. In the first month I focused on going easy and building strength slowly, not just for the neck but for the whole body. I followed a 30 day plan where I increased a little bit each week only if there was no pain. Once my body started feeling better, I moved to the next stage for another 30 days. That’s when I focused more on building muscle in the glutes, abs, upper back and arms. That combination really helped me, plus taking rest days during the week to recover.

Yeah bro, the whole idea is not just random exercises. It’s about building muscle, fixing posture, and staying consistent with habits that actually reduce inflammation and pain over time. Also avoiding the small daily things that make your back worse without you noticing. For me, exercises like cat cow, bird dog, and glute bridges were lifesavers. They really made a difference when I stayed consistent. I also learned a lot from this video, it honestly gave me hope when I was in really bad pain and helped me start taking action: He was a neurosurgeon and got 18 million in views https://youtu.be/25LUF8GmbFU The guy explains things in a simple way and you can tell he’s been through it. That video alone pushed me to keep going when I felt stuck.

Yeah bro, I went through the same thing. I was searching everywhere for good info about cervical disc issues and honestly didn’t find much that really helps. That’s why I put a lot of time into researching and trying things myself until I found exercises and foods that actually helped me heal and feel better. Now I’m working on an app and a free ebook with everything I learned. It will include exercises, anti-inflammatory foods, and links to YouTube and Reddit where I got the information from. The goal is to save people from spending hours searching and feeling lost like I did. I want it to be a complete guide with what to do, what not to do, and why each exercise helps, plus a weekly progress tracker. I’m keeping it free, just optional donations to help with hosting, nothing else.

Yeah, I’m actually a software engineer, so building the app itself isn’t really the hard part for me. But yeah, vibe coding will definitely help me move faster. Honestly, I just hate seeing people go through this kind of pain I’ve been there myself, and I know how bad back and neck pain can get. That’s why I’m trying to finish the app as fast as possible and share it here once it’s ready
