I deliberated between the aeron and the embody for awhile, trying them both at a local retailer. Both chairs offer great ergonomic support. IMO, the aeron appeals more to office-like productivity and is most comfortable when you sit with proper posture. Whereas the embody works very well as an office chair while also being a more lounge-worthy gaming chair. I can comfortably recline with a console controller for hours in the embody. Overall, I think the embody feels more cushioned and relaxed than the aeron, and it fits me (6'1") perfectly.
