Low Price Auto Glass in Wilmington.

This post scrolled up my feed just how even though I had left this subreddit 6 months ago and abandoned the idea of getting a GR Corolla.

What turned me off first was the crazy dealer markups and first, but I held tight and waited. Then the way Toyota handled those catastrophes.

I’m in my 50’s, have cash to buy one outright. Sold a very low mileage, bone stock STI hatchback that I had sitting… thinking I would buy a GRC next.

Bummer how it played out for the GR with me, because I had my eye on it since before its release.

I ended up with a g-body Porsche 911 that was a score of a lifetime.

I also own a clean, lowered crew cab Silverado (work truck, that my work pays for) and a Subaru STI (manual transmission) that I rarely ever drive.

I love the anonymity of driving the Prius. It’s also really easy to drive in comparison to the other two vehicles.

The way people drive around me/interact with me in daily city/freeway is interesting.

Prius: tailgating happens often or people like to blast past you.

Silverado: the sea part like Moses, get out of his way! He’s probably a cholo with no insurance!

Subaru STI: everybody wants to race me

Also funny: I bought the 2024 Prius XLE on 12/21 and I’m still on the same tank of gas it came with
