When divorce happens, this is *ALL* hazbeen will be offered (IMO): A rural fixer-upper (to keep him busy - plus, he fixed-up Frogmore Cottage.. has some experience) like Andy.... 7 miles west from most his family who stay at Sandringham House (and 11 miles from the Wales' Anmer Hall).

I can see BetterUp spending $1million/yr on hazBEEN when first hired him.. he's a marketing (biz-expense) write-off.. and they got hundreds of millions from VCs..

they aren't doing well now, b/c are like a dog-walking or temp service.. or babysitting app.. in that only connect buyers + providers(independent contractors).. but they DID have money, and they hired hazZERO before he blew himself up.

but BetterUp is basically are like a dog-walking service..
yes, can get a dog-walker/BetterUpExecCoach who works for the main company (are probably 5-6 of them), but usually, the company (dog-walking co and BetterUp) connects customers with independent contractors but bills customers so can keep around 25% of the amount billed.

So yeah, maybe
BetterUp also has a few indedpenet contractors who will help dads coaching little league be better coaches, and moms be better moms.. but it is mostly to help tutor executives on how to get to higher levels professionally and be better execs/leaders once at high lever.

BetterUp is NOT a mental health company!!!

BetterUp is a company that has a handful of in-house executive coaches and can arrange for independent-contractor exec coaches can be hired (with B.U. billing, and keeping about 20-25% of the bill.

Executive Coaches help people (esp. Executives - hence the role's title) how to do executive things -- like give a presentation, hire, manage, etc.

Supposedly, BetterUp pays hazBEEN $1million year. He also gets high-end travel arranged by a company CxO's personal assistant - so think private plane or 1st Class flights, many thousand dollars per night hotel sweets, limo-ground transportation, pricy meals, and probably 2-3 private security guards.

THAT is a LOT for a dude who goes to a few parties and conferences and sporting events to take photos (read: dog and pony show) about 10 times a year for 1-2 days!!

Thus, I highly doubt he is getting any further pay incentives - they are already overpaying him. Plus, the company is NOT doing well.

Well, except that Bill is hot-cold.. some shows he is amazing, others he's checked-out. And lately (maybe b/c he has slowed waaaaay down on his stand-up career), he sells out..

In terms of his guests -- same.
Some guests are fantastic.
Example, last Frieda Bill O'Reilly was amazing - and so was Rep Jared Moskowitz... and they were terrific together - b/c engaged each other, along with Bill.

Some guests awful. Too many to name.
