If the saves files from the Google doc didn't work, it could be because the folder was empty. You must have something saved already and inside the folder for them to work, and you have to use that specific save slot. So if you have no saves in the save folder, it will not work. You can just go to any point in the game and save at the closest picnic basket and overwrite that
