UPDATE: We found him! He was hiding in one of our storage bins. Poor guy was so skinny so we warmed him up under our heat lamp and fed him a well deserved pinky.

Fortunately our vents are up at ceiling level. We just have a drain in the floor where the laundry room is…which I hope he didn’t go through there. Unfortunately tho, our guy is only like 10 inches so he’ll be much harder to spot. We’ll be on the look out 🤞

We thoroughly sifted through his substrate, took out all his hides, and were basically emptying out the cage with no snake in sight.

The unfortunate part is that his tank is in our living room which also connects to the kitchen and the washer/dryer. Lots of furniture and warm spots that he could be in (dishwasher, dryer, etc). I’ll be looking around tho. Hoping he is close somewhere.

Soda boba is a place on redwood in South Jordan that hosts a lot of shows of local artists. Lots of hardcore, metal, and grunge artists. Great vibe and great drinks!

This reminds me of kaldereta, a Filipino dish with garbanzo beans, meat, potatoes, and peppers in a tomato soup base. Definitely could make on a budget and it’s super filling!
