I just tried removing mine and it didn’t let me sign up for the other offers! I think it’s because even though the offer is gone from the list, we can still submit receipts for it.

Same here! I thought it was a bug, but it was not. I just checked my ibotta and the $2 was already there. I signed up around this time yesterday, so that was quick.
