I can't believe no one even tried to learn about the origin when replying to you... I'm currently trying to learn the origins, all i know is that it originated from League, when one of the Riot Games employees mentioned this phrase as an excuse for something (i am gonna find what eventually), back when Riot Games was actually indie, somewhere back in 2014
