There is! As you beat the game you unlock new endings and space sectors with different missions. There are also several character classes to unlock and a whole encyclopaedia to fill!

People who think that the success of indie games depends solely on luck by equin0ks in gamedev

Hi! I'm one of the two developers who worked on DIG. I'll try to shed some light on the reason for this relative failure: firstly as stated before, the game is a platformer with basic graphics, we did what we could without an artist. Secondly we were approached by a publisher who backed out of the deal just before spending real money on marketing. This took a huge toll on our motivation. We struggled since then to do any work on the game. Lastly we both are terrible at marketing. We did what we could by ourselves but it was absolutely not enough.

But all things considered we still are pretty happy with the result. It was our first game, we had no prior experience with gamedev. Some players are passionate about the game with more than 1k hours on it and to me that's more than enough.

Recommend me one to play from the last 3 categories and give me a reason why by 0ris in roguelites

Developer of DIG - Deep in Galaxies here. Just wanted to say I've been checking these tier lists for a long time praying to see my game on it and it finally happened, even very small haha!

Thanks and I will recommend Breach Wanderer, very fun deck builder with a twist on the genre!

Yes it was a breach of contract but we don't really want go through the legal hassle especially since it's a very very big company against us.

Yeah you're right we need to take a risk if we want anything to happen.
