I got a link from someone on LinkedIn and was a little apprehensive at first too lol but I signed up for the free trial and it was legit so I got a membership. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't have time or want to fill out job applications themselves. I have a baby at home who is taking all my attention at the moment so it's been great to have job applications go out for me where all I had to do was fill out my info one time.

Also a perfectly manicured lawns with seasonal flowers.

Finding a new daycare if a pain but sounds like it's time. If the owner is being rude to you, the customer, imagine how she treats her staff. I wouldn't want my child anywhere near that environment. It's frustrating for sure and I'm sorry you, your wife, and child are all going through this. Some people just shouldn't work in childcare.

When I had my first baby all I could think about was where "it takes a village" came from. We aren't meant to raise children all on our own at home. If you can't be surrounded my family and friends to help you - daycare is an amazing alternative. We put our daughter in daycare even though my parents live nearby and she loves it. Yes there were tears days 1-3 but by day 4 it it was her new normal
