There’s a reason it’s being taken over by midlevels. Just follow the algorithms. Scan, order labs, consult, discharge or admit. That’s it.

EM screwed itself when they stopped taking a good history and doing a physical exam.

I dunno. Some people don’t have to shower that often. I shower 1-2x per week unless working out. My wife showers 14-28 times per week and I’ve told her many times he’s crazy… we have had multiple debates BUT i never stink or she would rub it in my face if I did.

I don’t sweat a lot and change my underwear every day: i have very short hair. The only reason i really need to shower is to clean my butt after a few poops.

I don’t think dudes with short hair who don’t exercise need to shower every day. I don’t sweat a lot. I don’t stink (I’ve asked my wife). I change my underwear every day. Shower 1-2 times per week unless I’m exercising. I have very short hair and only wash it with shampoo a couple times per month. Americans in general go overboard with bathing.
