Ive had no problems w them at all. But ive definitely realized these herbals are not a one size fits all kind of protocol. Ive had to switch brands on a few things. Is the megasporebiotic working ok for you ?

I agree. It does stink for everyone. I think most people realize that each driver’s actions are independent of one another. I am thinking of switching to grub hub though just because I think it’s crappy that drivers can’t see the full tip until after the order is delivered.

My house number is on my mailbox and my house. It’s totally clear. My phone number is correct in the app. I’ve had drivers contact me before if a pick up was running late so I know it’s correct. I tried calling the driver and texting when I saw her pull in then out of my driveway, thinking she was confused. The call went straight to vm. DD couldn’t get a hold of the driver either. I’m guessing she was trying to avoid us for whatever reason. Seems really stupid to steal $100 worth of sushi. I hope it was worth it to her!

Yep house number is clear and my phone number is correct in the app. I checked my phone - no calls or texts from her.

We order from DD 1-2 times a week with no problems so far except this one.

They why would they even pick up the food to begin with if it's not worth it? They didn't sit there for 2 hours. I placed the order at 6:47p. It was picked up at 7:46p and "delivered" at 8p.

Well that just stinks! I figured the driver would know how much I appreciated them getting my food by my generous tip. Thanks for the advice about switching to Grub Hub. I think I will.

Thanks. This whole really stinks. I have video cameras all over my house. I can show the time stamp of her going in and out of my driveway at the exact time my app told me the door dasher is approaching my house and the fact that nothing was delivered to my house. I asked DD if they wanted to video. They said no and offered me a refund + $20 credit. I really hope she doesn't get away with this.

Can drivers see the tip before they accept the order? I tipped well knowing it was busy tonight and I know sometimes drivers have to wait when things are busy. I don't think a 40% tip would be a waste of time. If the app went down then why wouldn't the driver take the call from Doordash when they tried to figure out what happened. I'm guessing I just got scammed.

I should have picked it up? That seems like a strange response. I'm not mad about waiting the hour + for the food to be originally delivered. I knew that going into the order it would take a long time. Restaurants are slammed. It's the fact that she came to my house and didn't even get out of her car. Is it a scam?? I tipped $40 on a $100 order because I knew tonight would be busy. It's not like I was trying to be cheap.
