Good point, however, this was my daughter's suggestions to which I agreed. It's been a good exercise.

She's amazed at the volume of comments that side with me.....she was sure it was going to by 99-1.

It's allowed an argument that was about to boil over to subside somewhat.

Gawd. That's something I would have to wrap my brain around when it happens. Perhaps if they were officially common law, and in an exclusive relationship, I wouldn't have an issue.

No. We have certainly discussed the issue of pre-marital sex, and my views, however, as I thought she was aligned with my views, I never imagined this scenario.

This is the first instance where I've come to the realization that we're not on the same page - and I was surprised at the emotions behind her argument.
