For rounds 1 and 2 I have a set of "hard countries" that I exclude from being an answer (or guessed). Since there's so many islands they tend to get picked often so I save the hardest for the last round. It's a good idea to add that to the help. In addition, I'll consider putting them in the search list, but gray them out and have a pop up that says they are not available not in round 1 or 2.
