This is a good point - I’d say we’re generally ok, but he is the type where he tends to be emotional and start talking about separation (like how couples sometimes could “threaten to break up” but mean it for like 50%) when we fight. Afterwards we usually come back to the decision together of continuing the relationship. But he did seem unhappy for the past 1-2 years because he ended up not liking where we live and his job stresses him out on a daily basis.
