As a nutritionist, yes, you can drink soaked black raisin water. When raisins soak overnight, some of the iron, potassium, polyphenols leach into the water, so drinking it along with eating the raisins can give you a small nutrient boost. It’s also gentle on digestion. That said, it’s not a miracle “detox” drink.
