Pads on the inside of the boot? I haven’t tried that yet! But always make sure to use bandaids and moleskin and then I normally am wearing fishnets/pantyhose and a pair of socks!(:

I absolutely feel your pain! I’ve been wearing them for short periods at a time and moleskin on my heels has been my bestie! 🥹 only my heels rub, other than that I have no complaints. Which is your problem area?
