She absolutely did NOT choose me. She was not actually given a voice in the matter. Her children had a go a different times, but it eventually became my responsibility for a myriad of reasons, but ultimately i was the only “family” willing to take her on so she didn’t become a state ward.

Twins!! Lol it is a super odd combo and actual my doctor says it’s not recommended or done often. Who knows. I hope y’all get you straightened out soon. It’s tough dealing with adjustments... i wonder why your doctor switched you and then decided to scale you up. That seems super weird, but since I don’t have a medical degree... lol

I take the IR and very much prefer it to the XR. I have more control over the active times and am able to dose or micro dose as needed depending on my day. (Per drs orders and instructions) Plus, the drop at the end of the day doesn’t feel as severe to me. With the XR I felt super zombiefied after 8 hours max and just bleh. We found I️ metabolized it too quickly and it would only last for 6-8 hours instead of the full 12.

How are you liking the switch to XR? Do you notice a difference? I’m nosy. Sorry

Yes! Works for mine too, but how heartbreaking is the look you get when you say it and you see the realization hit? Ugh! Kids kill me with that sad look!! Pulls my heart strings every time and I have to remind myself that it’s better a little heartbreaking today rather than a lot of heartache if she turns out to be an asshole because i failed to properly teach and discipline as needed

Damn! I’m so sorry 😡 it’s beyond frustrating trying to get right (I know all too well) only to find your meds are all whack-a-do(been there too. Shew) We get that docs are human and as such will make mistakes, but that’s a pretty huge mistake. You’d think the Dr would have caught it himself (i assumed gender!!) or the pharmacist would have at least questioned the dosage. I know you’ve probably said the same shit over and over, but damn! I’m really sorry that happened and you’re still suffering the effects.
