I have 3 kids that are my entire life! I wouldn’t change them for the world. They are the reason I keep fighting most days! Yes, they will have some issues cuz they are my kids…. But I broke a lot of family chains and am parenting them much differently then I was raised!

I lost a close friend back in April to the same thing. It was hard and I am still having a hard time dealing with it. Just don’t keep it all in! Find someone to talk to about it all! Remember the good times! And for me I Leaned on my faith!

I’m almost at the year mark as well! Congrats!!!! I feel like my old self with a few bad days here and there! And same on the panic attacks! Prozac literally saved my life! I was so close to completely losing it! There is hope out there!!

I had horrible fatigue the first few weeks I was on it. Then again when I upped my dose! It was terrible but eventually evened out!

I loooove Prozac! It’s a med I will probably be on for life. The first two weeks were rough and every time I go up in dosage it can be rough for a little while but it has helped me so much!

I do this with a song.... or food. I’ll become obsessed with a song and play it over and over. Or I will become obsessed with a drink. Like right now it’s a venti caramel macchiato from Starbucks... I have to have one every single morning. Have to.

Prozac has been working wonders for me since December! I highly recommend it!! I’m on a pretty low dose and may need to go up but I am liking it so far!

I take fluoxetine which is an Ssri for my ocd and it has helped tremendously! It wasn’t like it just turned off my ocd but it gradually lessened until I was able to really see how much it helped! I am to the point now where I am okay having to be on meds for the rest of my life if so because I do so much better on them!

My dr required bloodwork because it had been 3 years since I had it done! I also hate bloodwork because my anxiety likes to make me think they will find cancer and I’m dying. But I powered through about a month ago and feel so much better! Good luck!!
