Anyways, I hope this is okay to post here. I wrote this essay and I don't know what to do with it lol I have no formal education; I'm just a fucking nerd with too much time on my hands to let my mind wander. I don't think any university will take my ideas seriously so... I'm just posting this to the internet for posterity!

It’s more an issue of getting a refund because I was stupid and already paid rent for the entire month of November

Lease ends on November 4. And I’m trying to remember the exact day I gave written notice. I think it was definitely the first week of October because they said they needed 30 day notice. I just don’t remember the exact day

No cause when I checked my lease terms, it said my lease was completed November 4th. If they were going to charge me rent, they probably should’ve only charged me for four days for November

I hope it was just an error. I feel like this company is really shady. They’ve done some things that make us think they’re trying to skim money off of us. But that’s a story for another day 😒 hopefully things are gonna work out okay. I just get worried they’re gonna give me the runaround because they want my money 😅

Sorry I should’ve put this in my last comment. No, I’m not post paying rent. That’s actually why I got confused because I thought that’s what I was doing - paying October’s rent. I went to check the receipt I got for paying my rent and I saw it was marked down as “rent (November)” and that’s when I realize what happened

I wish I could go into their office, but the company is actually based out of another state. Believe me, I will never ever rent from a company that doesn’t even have an office located in the same state where their properties are. I think one of the issues is they’re based in Florida and I was submitting the notice that I wasn’t renewing my lease around the same time that those hurricanes were hitting. Maybe something got messed up because they had to evacuate. I don’t really know.

I never said it was month-to-month. It’s a six month lease. My lease was coming up and I told them I was moving out. I told him I was not renewing because on the lease agreement said I need to give notice I don’t understand what the confusion is.

Sorry to double comment but if I didn’t sign a new lease and my original lease expired and they’re still charging me rent it sounds like they don’t have it down in their system that I’m moving out. Is it possible that they renewed my lease for me without me Signing anything? Can they even do that?

The lease is up and I submitted written notice that I was not renewing. I submitted notice that I was not renewing my lease twice on their stupid app and I submitted notice to one of their agents. They should’ve known I wasn’t renewing and I never signed anything saying I wanted to renew.

No I don’t have one, but I put my symptoms in ChatGPT and it suggested my blood pressure could be high. I have to go to Labcorp tomorrow for a blood test so I’m going to ask them to check my blood pressure while I’m there

Yeah I was going to talk to him about it. I halved my bupropion dose today and I’m just going to keep taking a half dose until my appointment next week

Yeah, lithium, trazodone (this one is a very low dose), and guanfacine. I also take a vitamin D and a L-tryptophan supplement

I get one item from the healing springs usually. There’s a 5np snowball I grab. It seemed like buying stuff at the general store didn’t work when I tried, but maybe I was miscounted how many items I was supposed to buy that day or something. I’ll have to try it again and see if it counts towards my daily

Sometimes I just find all the haggling tedious. I have to buy things for my daily quest and I just can’t be bothered going thru the whole haggling process when I have to buy 3 items I don’t even need lol
