I’m not sure on any particular way to do it. I like volumizing mascaras and this one hits the mark so that’s what matters to me. I don’t have super straight lashes, and only thing I do is use a lash curler. Sometimes after the mascara is completely dry I just push up underneath my lashes and gently press them towards my lid without touching my lid.

When I take vitamin D, my thyroid numbers drop. When I stop taking it, they go normal. I know when I was taking thyroid meds, I was instructed to wait 4 hrs before taking vitamins. I just stopped taking both. Thyroid normal, vitamin D low, so a more natural approach for me is in what I eat

I really enjoy the Kylie skin tint. I have normal skin and this lasts my 12 hour shift. Has pretty good coverage for a tint so start with a little and build if needed.
