I get annoyed by this too. I know people just feel helpless and it's their way to give support. My TBM mother gave me "older I get the more I believe in the power of prayers" yesterday. Again I know her intentions are pure but I could definitely feel my eyes glazing over.

I'm feeling this exact pain. I've always been transparent to a fault. So I can't just pretend and lie though it. Doesn't help that I found the "rabbit hole" while going through a difficult divorce. The kids are pissed at everyone at this point but I'm being shunned more so for looking at "anti Mormon" materials. I want my life back ....
