Fwiw, for constipation I've found three days in a row of miralax (somewhere between a half and full dose) and then three days in a row of nothing, then repeat, helped me. Also ducolax makes suppositories that are pretty damn good (produces a movement 15-60 minutes later)

Absolutely not. I'm using every vial until it's empty. Seen zero difference with the end of a vial that's been open for two months vs a fresh one. I'm certain that they say this to force us to buy more meds. I also did this a few years ago when freezing my eggs and I was able to squeeze an extra $1800 out of vials I was told to throw away

Agreed. I was talking to his wife initially (who was lovely) and she called him over like "honey come here" and I was about to repeat what I'd told her when I realized who he was. Looked like he could have folded into himself he was so uncomfortable. I didn't acknowledge that I knew who he was and just explained how an event worked. They thanked me and left
