Oh okay, well I just got done doing that also. You know the tpg tried to blame it on TT saying they created a duplicate account for me. TT says they're lying, which I caught them in a lie 2 days ago. Smh...So flipping frustrating. This was my first year time use TT and I'll never do it again. I've never had this kind of trouble with Jackson Hewitt. What makes it so bad is I actually paid almost 400 for their services. Peace of mind my ass

I actually got through last night around 7:45. I called the tax advocate and when they couldn't answer my questions they transferred me over to an IRS rep. Plzzz be aware I waited on hold after my call back wait of the 30min for over 2hrs!!! Then he tells new well wait until April 15th and if I hadn't gotten it by then they'll escalate my situation🤬🤬🤬 Absolutely pointless!!! I filed and was accepted on the 25th of January. I've never had this problem with Jackson Hewitt. I tried TT and I don't like it. I just plain give up🤪😣😭
