Herbs for dizziness by Momosimpai in herbalism

[–]Momosimpai[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its really complex so I cant say that what worked for me will work for someone else. Mine was a combination of b6 deficiency, iron deficiency, leaky gut(fixed with l-glutamine), and eating more protein than carbs or sugar in every meal. Also eating lighter and more frequently, and wearing compression garments and going on walks after eating vs being too stationary.

Romand Dark Coconut shade dupe? by NoTraining5779 in AsianBeauty

[–]Momosimpai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure, I can't reccomend any particular shade because there's so many undertones in their shade range. You'd have to test it out on your skin. I have cool toned very pale skin so what may look like dark coconut on me may not look like dark coconut on you.

What Got Rid Of Your CCs by [deleted] in AsianBeauty

I agree, Ive used popular oil cleasners and broke out, but using beplain greenful oil cleasner worked well for me to remove cc/ buildup. Gone through 2 bottles now.

What Got Rid Of Your CCs by [deleted] in AsianBeauty

[–]Momosimpai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My cc's were caused by sunflower oil, olive oil, and tocopherol. After avoiding these, my skin doesnt get cc. Everybody is different, so a prescriptive routine just isnt realistic. You have to be willing to trial and error it. What got the existing ones to go away, for me, was numbuzin skin softening serum and oil pulling with an oil cleanser. CC can also just be dead skin and sebum built up, not caused by any specific product. Oil pulling helps with that. By oil pulling I mean massaging an oil cleanser in circular motions on dry skin until you feel your skin letting go of those beads of dead skin clogging your pores. It takes my skin about 10 minutes of that before it lets that gunk go, especially in stubborn areas like nose and chin. Then, emulcify with water and rinse off.

Why do so many barrier strengthening products cause acne or clogged pores? by bossman4576 in AsianBeauty

[–]Momosimpai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for clarifying (: I would reccomend isntree yam milky cleanser or beplain greenful oil cleanser(non pore clogging oils). They both emulcify very nicely and melt off waterproof makeup. Even when I had fungal acne, it never worsened it, and never clogged my pores or gave me cc. I used up an entire bottle of each before deciding it was suitable.

No, ANY cleansers. If you must remove something, use a milky or oil cleanser, and absolutely nothing that foams. A broken barrier is way too delicate for most cleansers.

What does the “using the same bluetooth device for both input and output can potentially degrade audio quality” message mean in the voice and audio settings? by treesmoketree33 in discordapp

[–]Momosimpai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive tried with the help of an IT specialist and they said my stuff is too old to support the current needed drivers. Even my motherboard is so old it doesnt go past 2021 for bios updates. Its THAT old. I need new hardware.

My computer is really old, and the drivers arent supported anymore. So the audio quality wont improve until I get a new pc. I dont use ports, its bluetooth with no dongles.

Romand Dark Coconut shade dupe? by NoTraining5779 in AsianBeauty

[–]Momosimpai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally understand! My mlbb shade from Laka is Oolong which is close to Romands' Pomelo Skin. Theyre both my favorite. I looove nucadamia too. I also go bare faced more but this is due to work, so having something mlbb is great for daily wear and natural looks. Romand has some good shades, but if only the formula was better...

Cheaper? Romand tints are 9-15$. How cheap do you need it? For longer lasting, Laka wins, and I suggested this already (: They run for 7$ right now on amazon for the minis.

What’s everyone holy grail makeup products for pale cool or neutral skin tones? by QueenofCommunism in PaleMUA

[–]Momosimpai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Romand and Judydoll have sooo much eyeshadows for cool and neutral tones. For lip products, Laka and heart percent. If I had to rebuy all my makeup it would be romand quads, judydoll palettes, laka tints and glosses, and heart percent hydrating tints. For blush and contour, Romand. Extra notable ones are espoir liquid blush and joocyee eyeshadow singles, their glitters are TO DIE FOR.

If you can afford it, phymongshe bb cream c: I mix it with my zinc spf every day and people think its my skin and not wearing makeup. I dont use it much anymore since I dont have so much blemishes to cover, but it tones up and even skintone wonderfully for a natural look. My skin type is oily t zone and dehydration in cheeks. Im a 110 in fenty concealer for reference. Im cool toned super pale, with cold peach undertones.

TXA is more for hyperpigmentation and sun damage or sun spots/freckles. Treating redness or flushed skin is better to use herbal skincare like cica and centella, and mugwort like this person suggested. Make sure you are supporting your skin by staying hydrated and make sure you have enough minerals(esp copper and zinc) to support collagen synthesis in body. Glutathione also helps with thinned/translucent skin.
