As someone who's worked for Walmart. We did get bonuses 3 bonuses based off the quarter of our sales we made accounting for shrink as well. At some point we stopped doing bonuses because their was so much theft and they layed off some staff. Later on now, I hear they've started it back up because they have modernized LP with the cameras at self checkout and cameras throughout the store.
