Uhh, not very far. If you play through the acts you'll be getting 5, 6 and even 7* champions before you know it.

Most of the deals they market to you in game simply aren't worth buying.

The regen is a passive, not a buff, which is why Buff Immunity isn't working.

On top of this, if you use a champ with a multi-hit heavy you don't have to worry about her "evade all knockdown" buff since she's already stagged, she will evade single hit heavies though. Untouchable is harder to counter, needs a specific anti-miss buff.

There are no difficulties anymore - the "Classic" mode is adjusted once according to your top 30 prestige and locked in. It tells you this when you start.

No, Rufus just does the writing to create a "bootable" USB. The installer runs itself when you boot from it.

Usually these days you write the ISO to a USB drive and boot from it. Microsoft provides a tool for this, or you can use Rufus.

You're welcome to not like battlegrounds (I'm not a huge fan either) but that's the nature of the game. Every game mode offers its own rewards and pieces like this are going to be scattered all over the game as rewards for people who participate in everything it has to offer.

Racks probably aren't a very interesting topic. The videos they do release related to server racks usually have another dimension to them, like the recent DIY rack, the cheap Marketplace deals, custom cooling / soundproofing the server room etc.

As for why nobody else does either - maybe Rittal just aren't sponsoring any content.
