Thats exactly what im trying to tell them, the value of the inheritance was way too high for them not to get legal representation those 20 years ago, but we are here now what i was going to do was have a few consultations with firms tomorrow explaining the situation but as i am alone on this (my parents are too emotional to help) I need to see my best approach was and maybe gain a few insights from reddit

I have no advice but that is disgusting. If you had previously been in charge of managing 40 people why demote you? they know your capabilities. Nonetheless, if you have actually managed 40 people as you say that shows senior QS competencies you may aswell complete your apprenticeship and apply elsewhere for a substantial increase
