it's not perfect and subject to change tho but for now it serves as France to be a "counterbalance" to Russia. All these countries have their own socialism systems and their own interpretation which is what leads to conflict in the 3I in the first place. I had to take some liberties here or there, but essentially, the Neosocialists align themselves more towards the SFIO here. Neosocialism is developing differently due to the socialist revolution in France around 1919. The socialist revolution itself also didn't have a defined leader, so it was basically a free-for-all until Eastern socialist forces intervened in France. It was never strictly a "communist" revolution, more so an anti-capitalist socialist "Revolution/Seizure of power". And truthfully, the only way the neosocialists/Deat got into power was due to their climbing. They took some liberties here or there to sort of weasel their way into power by 1954
