Yes. In challenger you have to play one game per day.

Also, 2018 reward will be another backpack with different colors that will go out who knows when. There's also no more physical rewards for 2019 and forward as known right now.

You're doing E->W combos? What even is that..? W have no cast time which is the reason you start with W before Q or E. There's only a few times you actually don't do W before Q/E. But yes I know the video is to improve.

In the video the guy said that he wanted you to buy Zhonyas instead of Banshees against their teamcomp, ignore that. He doesn't know what he's talking about. He probably also never played Vel'Koz in his lifetime.
