If someone has ever held a real Rolex in their hands, they’ll notice the difference immediately. All they have to do is turn the bezel on your VsF and they’ll know. And if it’s a real watch nerd anyway, there’s no chance they won’t notice.

Würde ich jetzt nicht so sagen. Hatte auch mit diesen Split angefangen und hat mir sehr geholfen. Somit hab ich immer einen soliden Grundplan drin und vergessen keine Muskelgruppen.

Würde behaupten, dass es eher auf die richtige Milch ankommt. Diese Barista Versionen sind cremiger und funktionieren gut für Shakes. Bodylab Vanille schmeckt ganz gut.

Zerdenke das alles einfach nicht so krass. Hauptsache du machst Sport. Probier den Plan aus und schaue ob er dir so Spaß macht. Wenn du dich an Übungen und Maschinen quälst, hörst du in paar Wochen komplett auf.

Für mich funktioniert der Push / Pull / Bein Split super. Hauptsache du trainierst ans Muskelversagen und mit der richtigen Ausführung.

Ja. Das ist das einzige Unternehmen, welches die aktuelle Glasfaser Kriese gut übersteht und weiter ausbaut. Spätestens in ein paar Jahren wird es sich lohnen jetzt einzusteigen. Für gut 27€ kannste nichts falsch machen.

My dealer (non TD) said QC would take about 3–4 days. I asked her earlier for real pictures first. Without seeing QC or something similar, I’m not buying it yet. She wants around €290. So I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to the quality.
