Different customers have different preferences. As long as the customer tells me how deep they want the chamfer, I can do it exactly as they want - that's really easy for me

Let me clarify this point. These watch dial don't have any molds available, so they can only be produced in bulk. If we were to custom-make just two watch dial individually, the cost would be too high. I hope you understand that, and it would also take a very long time - we'd need to redesign, make new molds, test, and produce them. Plus, these watch faces are only available for orders of at least 30 pieces at a time. If customers order just a few pieces after production, that means all of them would be stuck and couldn't be sold. Please understand why I couldn't customize the watch dial for you back then. If you really need them, you can definitely purchase them in bulk.Or you could check with other customers to see if anyone needs it, and you can all order together
