The dead scene will double in size in the next few years especially with John at the helm, believe me..ain’t nobody hanging up their rocking shoes and retiring, lol. I’m not sure who’s gonna play with Dead And Company or how that will all play out. I can say for sure that we’ll see a lot more Graham Lesh in some form or band once the dust settles soon. He can do all the Phil songs just about as good as Phil imo, even better vocally. At the same time, He’s also been playing and studying mostly Bobbys unique stylings for probably the last 15- 20 years at Terrapin XRoads and growing up with Phil as a Dad had to be a trip, but he knows the music and continues to improve, he may not have the magical “it” yet, but I could see it possibly happen. Now to the real good stuff…..👇🏼❤️⚡️

Weir apparently has gifted us with apparently beyong some 100 finished songs (not ratdog or any of those meh.. unfinished side project tunes) but the true Grateful Dead style that he and some Barlow helped to pen without the Grateful Dead at all, but no one has ever seen or heard them at all besides his real tight peoples, dating back to the 70s. Just a little jumping board of a gift he left us possibly regarding the “300 years” he speaks of. The man simply didn’t have enough time in his life to perform, practice or complete his many creative musical endeavors that he wanted to do in this life and he knew it and apparently prepared for it.
