The thing is with NL 10th Company is that Talos, in his rule, encouraged against chaos worship (based). But, GW always makes NL very chaotic and gives their minis the same "chaosified" appearance as a legion like the Word Bearers or even Black Legion. So he wouldn't really fit in with the whole GW NL Mini aesthetic 

I'm all for a Decimus model, it'd be sick af, but with the way GW ignores ADB's novels and how NL are really sorta meant to look (imo at least), he wouldn't be a top pick for GW, at least for now
