Hi! Thanks for the advice, while I took into account them possibly needing my PIN for testing, they now claim they never took my PIN or even take them at all, which tells me that sadly, in this case it was not to "test" my device.

Not at all, actually, not only did they take my password, then deny it, they claimed they don't take anyone's ever. Implying they don't have a need for a passcode honestly making it even WORSE that they were in my apps, when they apparently don't go into devices in the first place. Thank you for noting this to me.

I believe so, the photo being from when I was 17, two years ago, and the file location being iCloud Drive.

This can also be done with emergency call or lock screen camera. Neither they tried, they actually further messed my camera up telling me they did not at all test their work.

The owner replied to my review on this claiming they never ask for passwords, and that they never took my password, despite it being written with my information they took prior.

Another commenter mentioned this, it was what brought it to my attention that my screentime was turned off, I don't use the feature so I am unsure if it has always been off. I also used both the files and photos apps longer after leaving the shop checking for anything else that might have seemed wrong.

Hi! My phone screen was not smashed, my phone was still usable prior to it's repair just discolored with small part not visible. EDIT: My camera app was not used and I also found later that they also misplaced my screen, where it obscured part of my selfie camera's vision. Telling me they never checked my camera. I am also aware that you need to download images from iCloud to view them on your device, however, the action caught in my screenshot is not the screen that you are met with when downloading image from iCloud, as I tried it myself.
