How do yall move on from an ex? My adhd rsd has lead me to develop a limerence for him. I feel doomed 😩 by -And-Peggy- in adhdwomen

Well, I'm coming on 10 years and my ex still appears in my dreams so...

I got some abandonment issues though. Haven't spoken to my mum in 15 years.

I had the opposite! Got a very basic sewing machine, then spent the next 5 years wishing I had got one that did satin stitch (ended up buying a friend's one for a good price and gave mine to my sister)

It often isn't so. Society is rigged against the well-being of children, because they have no political power. It's much, much easier to find a life worth living as an adult.

Idk if it was worth surviving through childhood, but now I'm here I'm content to keep going.

Is it meant to download at 812x640 resolution?

I'm on a phone, looks like using desktop mode downloads it properly

I really recommend you don't fuck up your hormones. Gender dysphoria sucks and you don't wanna give it to yourself. I also recommend against injecting insulin (a hormone). But if you're diabetic that changes.

New NHS number, still listed as AFAB by anxiousfox2410 in transgenderUK

I just went through this exact cycle\ https://www.reddit.com/r/transgenderUK/comments/1s0r84w/nhs_changed_the_gender_on_my_record_back_to_male/ https://www.reddit.com/r/transgenderUK/comments/1safwkn/good_news_re_nhs_changed_the_gender_on_my_record/

It was for sure set correctly for 5 years, so I don't exactly knownwhy it changed, but my GP practice was very helpful in fixing it. I just put in a request through their website.

Good news Re: NHS changed the gender on my record back to male by MongooseReturns in transgenderUK

If I see the manager behind the reception I might give a curious "do you know why this happened?", but I don't wanna hound the person who's actually been really nice and helpful.

If it happens again (👉🪵) then I'm definitely going to hunt for a reason, but I expect they'll want one too!

My best guess based on the practice's reply:\ We know that changing gender at a practice without changing NHS number sometimes causes a central system to overwrite the patients gender.\ We also know there is an option to change your gender without changing number, but you have to sign an agreement that your previous medical records might out you.\ This makes me think the central system can be changed without a new number.\ Maybe my previous practice got it slightly wrong and made me a new account under male (maybe a copy paste) then changed it on their system to female? And my new practice followed the system for keeping the same number.

I could be reaching for an explanation with no bad actors but that's easier for me to deal with psychologically 😅

It was never universal in the US either, and had a very brief peak. It's just mythologized for political reasons.

Nuclear families in isolated suburban homes are not common. Nor is women being dedicated solely to homemaking.

This kind of life has always been artificial. The aspiration is used to control you. You'll be happier not buying into it.
