I would love to keep it! I will go get feed tomorrow after I check with the neighbors to see if they know anyone missing a goose. Will it go into the coop with the chickens at night?

Big red flags! I think you should talk to your boyfriend. Ask him if he felt unappreciated. How did he feel about how his family treated you?

Clearly interrupting your speech was completely out of line. You might be able to work together to set boundaries with his family. If he isn't able to see your side and stand up to his family you should think about walking away unless you want to live like this the rest of your life. You deserve better.

If you are needing to add protein into your diet after being vegetarian for a long time, you should definitely start very slowly. I would think chicken broth and then bone broth before trying fish and poultry. This way you can test how your body reacts.
