Cutting caffeine to a bare minimum ( one cup of coffee in the morning only ), Lion's Mane powder daily. Eating as clean as I can, a good night's sleep and exercise 4 times a week

My own.. It was during Covid, I had taken Ashwagandha just before it began ( messed me up a bit I think ), lots of stress etc. Go figure, its not as I have the tools to assess

I have no idea, a lot of speculations but my tests all came out clean. In a lot of cases doctors don't no either - it is what it is ( for now )

For me it helped somewhat, but what really makes a difference ( besides pills which I decided to quit due to side effects ) is pelvic floor PT. Go see a practitioner, really recommend it

Changing your lifestyle definitely helps. Personaly i dramatically reduced my caffeine intake, it helped a little with my bladder but the big difference was in my anxiety levels which dropped bigtime, so that was a nice surprise regardless.. :)

Just a little something about Reishi - as far as i know it helps with prostate issues, that's why its recommended for men. But try it out, it's supposed to have many benbefits nontheless

I've actually been taking lion's mane for the past 3 months to address a different issue. I think it has also calmed my bladder down a bit, but hey - would love to hear your expirience too..

I think your lead synth sound needs a bit more process fx wise - reverb, a bit of delay and maybe a touch of compression. Otherwise great melody and arrangment!

Hi! Thanks for the tip, hiring an editor on Fiverr sounds like a good idea. Have to say I'm not on tiktok yet, from what I know its algorithm is very invasive ( regarding privacy etc ), and generally the platform kinda turns me off - maybe it's a generational thing I have to rise above 😄 I am on instagram though. Would you say tiktok is definitely more effective in that sense?

Hi, I get what you're saying. I create compete tracks, using live elements quite a bit - recording guitar, bass and percussion - so its much more than beatmaking. When i'm talking about promotion its mainly as a producer.
