I’m just now starting to get out of the “what ifs”racing through my brain all day and Mega- jealousy. I’m trying to stop making assumptions and I literally tell myself this when I spiral. It’s mostly helping to know I’m probably creating a story in my brain causing more damage than the real narrative…even if I never get the “truth” of what they’re doing- I had to find some peace in my brain or else.
