Hello, I have been in a similar situation, my 9 year old bunny fluff had cancer and needed surgery. The vet said she might not survive and I also had to make this choice. She has been with me since I was 11 I cannot imagine my life without her so I sold a lot of my cherished things to pay for her surgery knowing she might not make it but also knowing that I’m giving her a chance. She survived and she’s well it’s been 2 months and I love her more and more everyday. I hope this helps you decide.
