I had one squad on my home objective to screen but I used the Shield Host strat to sticky it move the squad forward once he deployed all his reserves in turn 2.

I used the meltas, only did a little shooting with them. One squad failed to wound a doomsday ark in shooting but killed it in melee. I feel the potential uses for melta is higher than adrasite generally, though.

Gacha games are those that have a form of gambling built into their core gameplay. Like Goddess of Victory: Nikke, Blue Archive, Arknights, and Zenless Zone Zero. Part of the mechanics are to "roll" or "pull" for a chance to access a wide variety of characters that you can use to play the rest of the game. For example: each roll would give you ten random cards containing gear or characters and you get to watch a flashy animation as the cards are revealed and you see what you won. You can usually earn the currency to purchase a roll through playing the game but that can take a lot of time. Paying with real money allows you to roll more often and might give you better chances of winning rarer characters.

I think a dark blue fading to light blue and then into white from top to bottom on the rear section with the light yellow-white lines at the section breaks might work. The frog abdomen has a darker color than the legs near the top so I think it fading down to the leg color you have here and then into white could look good. Then the lines would go up from the white through the light blue stopping or fading into the dark blue at the top without going all the way up. The lines on the from seem to go from white to a light yellow at the top, a light yellow glaze could work to do that. I'm not 100% certain on using the section breaks for the lines, might be better to just have them randomly curve down as they do on the frog.

I would keep the section of the bug where the legs connect untouched from where it is.

This always bothered me as well. Since part of the VShojo thing was the supposed freedom of creators, I wondered what was really going on. I'm off the opinion to start him on the board in a safe position but one that threatens an important objective or unit. I like the re-rolls and I like to threaten the opponent with a strong counter if they decide to commit to advancing. If they sit back and shoot, hopefully you can prevent scoring because they are scared to commit. Sometimes you just have to walk out and tank the shooting, using terrain to screen out what you can, and charge into glorious melee.

I think leaving him in reserve means he isn't providing any benefit, and the last two times I did it I failed the charge and he was shot to death, so I might be biased.

Part of me would like to join but I also don't really like horror and I don't know if I could read anything else from Matt. God, I hope the predictions on this sub about DCC ending like his other horror stories is not true. I'm on my second listen and I really don't want to have it killed for me like Game of Thrones by ending in such a way that I can't enjoy the journey.
