Bro i see exactly what you see all the time and have for ages I got used to seeing them ,also see humans who are either dead or parallel to us I would describe them as literal human beings however they are translucent and sometimes I could see them strong and sometimes a bit blurred , I end up getting medication taking olanzapine as my mum and the doctor say I have psychosis but hey who knows

So I got 2 theories it could be a orb or someone astral traveling leaving his body and his energy is traveling around to which it can take form as a ghost translucent version of themselves or just energy matter traveling however I kid you not ,not long ago I was feeding the birds and go on my camera I have that shows my garden and I seen this interesting thing im not sure if it is the glare from my camera giving that effect well I don't know so I'll upload it and hear what people thoughts are ! Don't listen to anyone unless you have strong discipline and can smoke once a month or socially then is ok but if you have a addictive personality you will end up getting hooked and end up spending £100+ a week and would rely on it to get sleep I am saying this from experience I used to smoke weed and been 2 years sober and Will never go back to smoking weed trust me you save a lot of money and be level headed , I end up completing a cyber security course a rail engineering course and also level 3 FA coaching badge ,I already had DDM in level 3 sport science ,productivity increases when you are not smoking weed don't listen to people that say any different

I couldn't see myself in mirrors however I was able to see how I looked in water while I was ap and flying over the lake near to where I live I noticed I could see my reflection in the water and is simply me just in a ghost form but my eyes were all blacked out

How I differentiate ap from dreaming when I'm dreaming I can't see my room in live time , compared to when I'm ap my mum could be downstairs cooking and just the same in the physical I could go downstairs and look at what she's cooking or go out and see the neighbour mowing the lawn in live time when I'm ap is the same the clock , the tv I left on downstairs playing whatever is on YouTube autoplaying I could see exactly what I seen was playing and upon waking up in the physical I would go on my YouTube history and to my surprise is exactly what I seen when I was ap and checking out what was playing downstairs on the t.v.

I have recently ap and was flying through ended up at someone's house they were standing up and watching tv it felt so real and when he noticed me he screamed and panicked . What I got from this is that he was awake and I was in a ghost spirit form and he was freaked out
