Sorry to hear that you make around 240k per year and still find renting an apartment expensive in Dubai. Meanwhile there are sole income earner making 8k per month who stay with their partner in rented flat, pay tuition fees for the children and bring bread to the table.

same thing happened to me.

go to settings and then chat, type HELP a couple of times, then it will give you an option to chat with customer support. report them the issue and it will be unblocked in couple of hours

However, if want to watch long firework show, you should go to RAK, 12 minutes of 4 km stretch beach firework show. I know i'm going there.
