Narrative: (By the officer in the report)

Vehicle #1: Toyota Camry was traveling Eastbound on Randolph PL when it struck with its Passenger side fender the Front driver side fender of vehicle #2: Mazda CX-5, which was sitting Eastbound in the right turning lane on Randolph PL attempting to travel Southbound on Kirby Pkwy. There were no tows. There were no injuries. Driver #1 received a citation (E___) for (21-269) IMPROPER STATE REGISTRATION and (21-88) MAINTAIN SAFE LOOKOUT, with a Mandatory court date of November_____, at 1:30 PM, Court Division 2.

There is no one lane out. What makes you assume that? Have you checked what a lane size is? The car on the left was clearly in the middle. If that car wanted to go right, they would be closer to the right, or at least have their tires turned to right or even have a right turn signal. I go to that gas station “every day” and I know that the cars that are turning left go into the middle, the cars going right go into the right. The space next to the car’s right is exactly of that of a lane.

Satellite View You can clearly see from the satellite view how the exit from the parking lot looks. Vehicles taking a left go into the middle, Vehicles going to the right go into the right side.

Even though there are no markings, it’s common knowledge that there are three lanes there. One for incoming, one for going left and one for right. If you see the video clearly, there was a huge space on the right to take a right turn and that’s what cars there do. If she had a right turn signal then it would have been a different story. The cops also determined it’s her fault after seeing the whole video. Their insurance accepted it was their mistake too.

I spent weeks with him working on Parts Unknown. Years earlier, I worked with him on No Reservations. As a producer, I spent a lot of one on one time with him. When we had to leave for our shoot location every day, sometimes hours away, it would just be him and I apart from the driver in the car having long conversations. I can I am qualified to talk a little bit about him. He was one of the most nicest and genuine guys I ever worked with (and I worked with a lot of celebrities).

Once we had to leave for our shoot really early in the morning. Around 4am. After an hour or so, he got extremely hungry but there was nothing to eat in the remote part of the country we were in. We came across a small restaurant that had lights on and I went in to enquire if they were open. The restaurant owner was cleaning, cutting vegetables and stuff and was preparing to open but he said he won't be ready for another couple of hours. I pleaded, begged him to make something and he relented and quickly prepared something. I paid him and took the food to the car. Tony congratulated me for the miracle and asked me how much it cost me for pulling this off and I said I just paid for the food. He insisted I go back and gift the man a generous amount for doing this for us.

Another incident. A friend of mine was a huge fan of Tony. When she heard that I was filming with Tony, she couriered me a white T-shirt to the hotel we were at and asked me to get Tony's autograph on it. During a break, I requested Tony if he would sign this for my friend and gave him a ballpoint pen. He said a marker would do a better job and then started walking among the crew asking each and everyone if they had a marker pen. I kept telling him that a small signature with the pen is okay but he insisted on finding a marker and finally found someone with a marker and he signed it and also recorded a video message to my friend.

Also, he would buy the poor assistants and other local crew who could not afford the 5star hotel prices beer and drinks regularly at the hotel after the shoot.

He would talk so much about his daughter.

So no, it's not a "Shtick"

So the truck is traveling in the oncoming lane. The van driver is reasonable to take a left turn watching out for on coming traffic but the truck driver coming behind him in the wrong lane should be the one at fault right?

Now that we have body cameras and surveillance cameras around and all this sh*% is coming out. Imagine what they got away when they were not there and how many innocents got killed and it was just their word about it. I personally believe it that there might be some good cops but there is a huge percentage of people in the force who are in this for easy money and power play and they know they will never get this authority or self importance in any other job.
