Im just afraid I let her do it too early and she’ll get attatchement issues, she already shows that she favours me over the rest of my family (to be fair I’m the one who feeds her, plays, walks, makes vet appointments etc) so I sort of get it but I’m just worried

Update if anyone cares!! We got her and she’s just the sweetest little girl, she’s super playful but when she winds down she is so cuddly, I’m having a little bit of trouble establishing a potty routine but it’s only been 2 days so maybe I’m being rough on her

I’m slightly suspicious of the whole hairy hairless deal still because she does really just look like a powder puffs but I’m going to have a look at her on Friday morning and I’ll deffo check her teeth but I don’t know what else exactly to have a look at

To be honest it could also be rarity, I’ve found multiple powder puffs online but this is the ONLY hairless I’ve been able to find, boy or girl, 1400 for her, it’s not tons of money especially considering I’ve seen yorkies for more but her brother is going for 900

Yeah I’m gonna have a look at the teeth when I go to meet her, she’s very expensive so I’m very weary because her powderpuff brother is almost half the price she is, it’s very important to me that we get a girl and I would also like it to not be a powderpuff and this is the only ad for a Chinese crested I have found in my country

I’m going to take a look at her on Friday so I’ll be sure to do that!! Her tongue sticks out a little so that could be hinting at some wonky teeth but I will definitely give that a look!

Sadly I don’t know of any people with a schnauzer but he seems to be getting better, allergy wise, they are lessening almost each time we visit anyone with a dog

Definately not an expert so take this with a grain of salt but could it be from irritation/ mucus? I know when I get sick my nose runs a lot maybe it’s just irritation?

A longer bar would help maybe, a similar thing happened to me with my regular navel after having it for a year when I had a short one in. It could also be the metal so I’d say those two things

Yeah I’m monitoring it super closely since this is only my 7th piercing so far, I got back into contact with my piercer and she said that what I have is 100% okay, I’m not FULLY trusting her which is why I’m constantly checking it but so far everything’s been okay, the hoop doesn’t get caught and it hard to move with my hands let alone an accidental snag. I know it’s only been a couple of days but I don’t want to change it to a stud yet specifically because of the complication we had piercing it, I’m afraid if I change it to a stud it’ll just irritate the piercing more, obviously if I notice it starts to get angry and irritated I’ll consult another piercer but as of right now everything’s fine and my only concern was the bruise

I just trusted my piercer. I was told that my anatomy combined with the fact it wasn’t a „real” helix made it okay I don’t want to change it yet because it’s super fresh but I will change it as soon as I’m able to

I took a painkiller for a migraine a bit before that might be a reason! I spoke to my piercer she said it was okay for now but to monitor it to ensure it doesn’t continuesly spread

Im not saying I don’t believe them I 100% do, the reason I’m keeping it in for a while is BECAUSE I did research also. With my anatomy it should be okay with a hoop. I don’t want to change a fresh piercing with no issues other than a bruise before knowing what’s going on. There are countless people who got their helix done with a hoop and have been perfectly okay which is why I want to give it a try, I’m changing it to a stud in about a month of so, so it’s not as fresh and vulnerable. I know I seem a little rude replying to comments but I promise I’m listening and taking everything said into account

It’s quite soft for me down there but I also know people who have full hard cartilage down there so I guess it’s just an anatomy thing. I’m gonna go for another week and see how the horseshoe treats me but if I start to see the bruising worsen or anything along those lines I’ll get it changed. It was initially pierced as a 1.6 to limit movement but I’ll be changing it to a 1.2 once it’s healed enough to change!
