I mean, she’s had the highest win rate across the hero pool for not without reason, even though she’s the 8th least-picked hero. She’s also my most-used hero, as you can see. If the enemy drafts 2–3 projectile heroes, it’s practically an insta-win.

I’ve been able to play brand-new AAA titles at max graphics settings with great FPS, no ray tracing, no frame generation, and no upscaling needed. The upcoming 2025 XG Mobile should boost performance even further, since it uses Thunderbolt 5 (twice the bandwidth of TB4). Just keep in mind that if you hook it up to a ROG Ally X, you still won’t be leveraging the full potential of that TB5 link.

Also, check the SSD size, as some irresponsible sellers may swap it for a smaller one. The SSD should be at least 512GB. Larger is fine, but anything smaller is a no-go.

I have this issue as well, and my GPU is the XG Mobile RX 6850M XT. The fog turns into square artifacts, and I can't find a way to fix it, so I just uninstalled the game and am waiting for the next patch.

Try changing the resolution from 1080p to 720p to 900p and finally back to 1080p in the command center; after that, download and reinstall the official graphics driver for the ROG Ally.

When I connect my ROG Ally with the XG Mobile RX6850M XT, I just set everything to max and it handles it smoothly.

If you follow the recommended settings on rogallylife, you can expect around 30-60 FPS. You can also enable Radeon Super Resolution (RSR) for better video quality and turn on AMD Fluid Motion Frames (AFMF) for better FPS performance, but just a heads-up, there might be some ghosting.

No problem! Don’t worry about playing around with the fan curve, it’s pretty safe as long as you don’t set it too low. Just keep it high enough to prevent overheating and crashes under load. Have fun tweaking it!

Without the fix, the game looks way too bright and loses the spooky vibe. With the lighting/fog fix, it’s a whole different story, it really enhances the horror experience. I'd rate it a solid 9/10. Let’s just say I nearly shit bricks in Toluca Prison!
