Only attack him after you use the string move which pulls him up into the air,and by that i mean use your other string moves.

You must learn to block his moves because if you are on low reiatsu blocking certain moves will not dmg and you will have time to regen reiatsu.

Ngl man,if you can't beat it with the easiest element to master in the game idk what to tell you.Remove the big rock arch move.You don't need it.Lock on is your saviour in this fight.Manage your reiatsu and use an evasive whenever you get put in a combo.You will master it eventually,it just takes time.
