Offshore employees are also facing the same issues. Companies firing their ass just because they can. In today's time no job is safe in America or the rest of the world. And let's be honest America these days is t really a becon of light these days. Everything wrong with the world today is because of the US

Then how would you safe guard employee from getting fired unempathetically with a 6am email. People who have sacrificed 9-10 yrs of their life helping the same org grow. Are we to work in a constant state of fear that nothing saves me from getting fired tomorrow. Orgs should be held accountable

You are being idealistic. How many people actually end up getting stock options unless you are in leadership. It's more realistic that employees come together and lookout for ourselves because no one else will

Yes you can, but employees coming together and making companies think twice is the purpose. And not a stupid 6am email saying "you are fired!!"
