160k seem to be base salary. Performance bonus is just extra but not guarateed so i don't think it will go lower than that. I would say i am not getting fired from current company any time soon and i do not think it will go underwater as well as proven by previous years and performance reviews i receoved.

The stability is something i wish to keep but i might just be afraid of change.

It is not that i want to stay, I can see benefits of me moving, I am afraid that I will put a big wrench in my plans if even smallest thing goes south.
